Projects

We've have worked on a range of projects. As we work on cutting edge technology much of our work, and our clients, are confidential. However here is a general summary of some of our projects:

Specialist software

Enthios has created a software translation tool for use in micro-electronics industry. This tool allowed software and hardware engineers to communicate more effectively resulting in a significant reduction in the lead time for new IP.

We have also worked on ground-up development of CAE, CFD and DEM software using Qt and Vtk.

Qt3-Qt4 ports

Enthios has worked extensively on a variety of complex Qt3 to Qt4 porting projects, for both internal and commercial grade projects. These ports usually also involve some degree of GUI and functionality enhancement. These porting projects have been small (2-4 weeks) to extensive rewrites (4-6 months).

Enthios also has proprietry software tools for speeding up the conversion process, allowing for automating significant parts of the process.

Our software

Enthios has created an online management system for small to medium level organisations. Silicon Dragon is proving an extremely useful tool for a wide range of enterprises.

We have several other projects on the go, ranging from simple utility programs to complex scientific systems involving specialist hardware and software to significantly speed up simulation compute times.

We also have a real interest in Educational software (having worked extensively in this area in the past) and are looking how complex simulation engines can be adapted for use in schools.
